Changing My Way of Life...
I have a 2 yr old baby girl, who is the light in my life nowadays. I gained about 60lbs during my pregnancy and I have about 5 lbs to lose to get back to my pre-preggers weight. I have recently started eating healthier and lowered my stress level, which has helped me tremendously. I've actually lost 8lbs just by doing these two things. So now, I have to start getting physical to truly reach my goals. I have re-started the Couch 2 5K program and I plan to run/walk in the Susan Komen Race ...

I have re-started the Couch 2 5K program and I plan to run/walk in the Susan Komen Race for the Cure in October. *UPDATE: I finished the Race for the Cure 5K on 10/9/10 in 38 minutes! *UPDATE: I finished C25K in November and have completed 7 5Ks. My last 5K was the Mutt Strut Hand in Paw Run on 4/16/11, which I completed in 29:52! *UPDATE: I completed the B210K program on 4/15/11. Can't believe I am running for an entire hour now! I have lost a total of 40 lbs since September. I'm almost to my goal weight and excited for what's to come!

Complete Hal Higdon's Half-Marathon Program. Run in a Half-Marathon on Oct 1, 2011. Be a better example for my daughter. Lose 20 lbs by May 1, 2011 - DONE!! Complete B210K Program - DONE!! Lose 15 lbs by Dec 31, 2010 - DONE!! Run in a 5K in October 2010 - DONE!!
My Program:
Working on Hal Higdon's Half Marathon Program. Doing the 30 Day Shred for strength. Working on completing the B210K program. - DONE! Working on completing the Couch 2 5K program. - DONE! Running at least 3 days/week. Eating healthier. Not focusing so much on the lbs, but how I look and feel.
