i want to weigh at most 145 so thats my goal. when i make it there i will figure out if i want to lose more or not. be more active for my kids.
i gave up reqular soda! bought a treadmill so i can work out at home with two kids i cant make the gym a regular trip. i plan to use the treadmill everyday for at least the equivalent to 1 mile.
i love reading. comedies and horror movies are my favorite.
