Its because I can't adequately strength train -I have a badly damaged right arm I am not allowed to lift anything with. It was caused by an elbow replacement failure. Also when you have an autoimmune disease its a struggle as well. Spot training doesn't work. Its because I do all cardio and so lose muscle mass, that is called skinny fat. I have a high body fat% in spite of being normal weight. The only way to get rid of it is to strength train or go on a ketosis diet, but its very hard to get the carb values low enough for it to work. 186 days ago
