Hi there--thanks for reaching out to me. I am following the advice from the book The Obesity Code by Jason Fung MD. It shows the science of how/why we gain weight and addresses what the author calls diabesity. I have been following this plan for 42 days now and have lost 9.6 lbs. which is remarkable because I was at goal weight prior to starting this. I started it mainly for better health and to keep off the 50 lbs I lost and dodge the diabetes bullet.
