Back at it!

Well. Here I am. Again.

I'm a SAHM of adult children. We have two cats and it is not unusual for me to "be furniture" for them. Lots of times, I'll fall asleep.

2013 and I think I still look like my Picnic time picture.

I have a more sensible plan to get my health (diabetes and sleep) in order as well as plans about redecorating (de-cluttering!), charity work and my review work.

I still read too much, don't like housework and am a super ...

Let's try this again!
New plan (3-13) - again in Oct:
Cardio 5x week . . . work back up to 3 miles/day then increase

Weights at the gym 3x
upper/lower/full plus core work 3 days

Base mileage on Saturday

Mini am workout 365 (I don't remember what this is!)

Personal Information:
Forget the vanity of looking good in a swimsuit, I've got to get my Diabetes under control! . . . then I'll work on the swimsuit ;-)

Other Information:
Skinny girls look good in clothes.

FIT girls look good NAKED!

I did really well (53-something), I was happy with my time. My foot really felt better Sunday and I was able to start running/walking again on Wednesday this week.
