I'm Betsy, I'm nearing 30...and I'm a foodaholic. I suffer from PCOS and hypoglycemia. I used to be quite thin before I got married. I used to monitor my diet religiously, and work out on a regular basis. Then I married a sweet English guy w/ a terrible diet. My parents (dad's vegan, mom is vegetarian) have visited recently, and convinced me to start doing CRON (Calorie Restriction w/ Optimal Nutrition). Here I go....

My Goals:
Eliminate foods out of my diet that are dragging me down( get my hypoglycemia and PCOS under control), lose some weight.

My Program:
CRON, Fat Flush--eating frequently throughout the day, organic foods, low-glycemic, no artificial additives, no alcohol, dairy, or pork.

I am using my pedometer again, 12K steps per diem, at least 5K need to be in one go (fast walking, cardio, etc), and doing yogafit a few times a week.
