Right now this is the best idea of how I look..well give or take about 10 lbs.

" Off To A Great Start"
Having lost 65 lbs many moons ago I slowly regained the weight due to as many excuses as you can think of. Fact is...I LOVE FOOD. Now with that said I love the idea of being fit and energetic more. I am well on my way since starting mid January by doing low carb and the treadmill most every day. Having lost 65 lbs many moons ago I slowly regained the weight due to as many excuses as you can think of. Fact is...I LOVE FOOD. Now with that said I love the idea of being fit and energetic more. I am well on my way since starting mid January by doing low carb and the treadmill most every day. I am currently laid off but stay very busy with teaching sunday school,sing in the chior and other ministries. When I go back to work I will have insurance and have jumped through the hoops for bariatric surgery early spring. In the meantime I'm doing all I can...with help from the Lord:) Physically I have some things to deal with like a bad neck - due to accidents, arthritis and the type of work I do doesnt help. I am also dealing with Fibromyalgia. Probably due to all the junk they put in our food nowdays- hence why I am trying to stay on top of watching all the additives. Not a fanatic but I do read lables and try to keep out as much as I can. I quit smoking a about 4 years ago and that- I thought- was the hardest thing to do. Nope I know now it is trying to be healthy and lose the weight. Especially when you dont feel like it and you just plain hurt. But my God is bigger than this and hes done more for me than I can possibly ask. So why not try!??!! He is amazing! He gave me my husband which is my best coach and support. I want to LIVE! I want to LOVE! I want to just be ME. And not fake at times- happiness! This is my last hill to climb in life. Then all will be just peachy.

My Goals:
I would dearly love to mount my horse without help of a step! I would like to buy regular sizes! I would like to make my husband say wow! Although he would say he already does;)
My Program:
Low carb ,1600-1800 calories daily,excersize every day possible working at it progressively!

Other Information:
I have a dog, two horses and 8 wonderful granchildren. A wonderful husband who supports me in anything i do. We attend a Baptist church where we are very active. I am a truck driver and like it tho i would like something a bit easier physically. Fibro tends to hamper feeling good alot of the time but i just fight through.
