My Goals:
My overall goal is to lose 100lbs by my birthday March 2012 which will be my 50th!

Today is April 28th I have lost 14lbs. By the end of May I want to be on track to have lost 25lbs.

My Program:
I previously went to a nutritionist so I have all of the info and numbers I was given and I have plugged them into SparkPeople. The hardest thing for me is controlling my carbs, but I need to in order for things to work!

Personal Information:
I live in Central Pa, I have 2 grown sons, a few stray sons..I am a dog lover, I have a black and a terrier mix and I still visit with my pitbull girl who stays with friends.

Thank you for your kind words of support. It hurts but I know that I deserve it and I know that it is worth it to go through. I know that I won't fail my wife or my family. And with all the support that I've been receiving I know that I can do it.

Thanks for commenting on my stubborn scale blog. I'm going to try your 10 lb weight trick for calibrating. I really don't mind plateaus because eventually they move but I've gone from almost no exercising to five times this week you would think burning all those calories would do something.
