Finally Losing it

Five and a half years ago I was an Aerobic Instructor teaching 4-8 classes a week and was in awesome shape, then I was in a car accident and could barely move for over 6 months. While I wasn't working out I was still eating like I had before and I gained over 30 pounds. I am finally getting back in shape and back on an exercise program and finally eating healthier than I ever have before. Hi This is frances You ask me about the 10-15 lbs commentary. I believe it was on the colum one reads for extra information kind of just for you information. I tried looking it up again but i believe it can be found under several topics.. I sounds like you are really knocking this out how wonderful. I just lost 6 lbs and I feel like I just conquered the world after just previously gaining 7. Anyway keep in touch emoticon
