My Goals:
My goal is to live longer by living a healthier lifestyle then I have been. Warding off many diseases and being able to do more things is important at this point in my life. This is NOT a diet but a lifestyle change.
My Program:
Been on Weight Watch since May 2007, have lost 51.2lbs so far on my way to 92!
