My Goals:
Lose 10lbs by Dec. 31, 2010. Eat less sweets so I can avoid the sugar problems my foremothers all have. Exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
My Program:
No sweets during the week at all, then can eat them on the weekend in moderation. Going to the gym with friends from work during lunch. Doing lots of yard work as much as I can to 1) exercise and 2) keep up with the damn yard!
Personal Information:
Live in the Binghamton area with my hubby and pets.
