Some of my SP friends have lost 30 pounds...I am jealous but I know they haven't been eating all the food I've been eating. My husband is making an apple pie right now (he bought/he cooked). I don't feel like I am destined to be fat but I think you have to be mentally ready to say "no" to what stops you from reaching your goal of a thinner self and I for some reason am still saying "yes" (to apple pie).
