This year that fit person running in the woods will be me.

I am a strong fighter and tough-as-nails. I will no longer be afraid to show this side of me.

I choose to eat healthier because I love organic, whole foods (and have for years) and I have the academic nutrition knowledge to know better than to choose the alternative. No excuses. Greasy is not better because it is more convenient.
