I'm just trying to eat healthy 99.9% of the time. I have a cheat meal once on a weekend day to keep cravings under control. As for fitness, I mix up my cardio and use weights whether at the gym or at home with fitness videos.

I'm really glad you figured out what was going on and are now off of it. I have watched too many of my friends gain 30+ lbs or deal with insane moodiness caused by BC. Its all a ruse to get us to spend money! Good luck to you!!!
