I have to admit it, I am grossly obese. My first major goal is to be overweight.
The way to get to my goal is simple, move more eat less. I am currently working out six days a week. Monday and Thursday I do upper body weight training. Tuesday and Friday I do lower body weight training. Wednesday and Saturday I do laps in the pool.
wow, it's dusty in here...you need to come back and clean it up mister. We're missing you on the blue team...BLC16 is starting in January, would love to have the whole gang back together...just missing you and Gail right now. Think about coming back for a visit would ya?
