Interesting about your DD and SIL. I have a friend who can tolerate certain cheeses...but not much else dairy wise. I'm sure I don't have a intolerance like some do but I am hoping it will help with digestion and I've also heard it will help clear up your skin. We will see~

I looked through all the videos the spring bootcamp mail listed. I've decided I won't use them all or in order. At this point I cannot do squats and lunges. I'll keep with walking and my gazelle for lower body for now. I'm going to do core one day, arms the next. I found seated workouts for both. I think one comes from the 28 day bootcamp but I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter as long as we get off our butts and over our excuses and just turn on the video :) That's the chat I'll be giving myself. They are 7 -9 minutes. If I don't do any more than that I'm ok with it and if I can repeat them once or twice then I will. I'm going to have a heck of a time convincing myself I couldn't actually do some or all of a 9 minute video. It's possible but not likely without knowing how full of it I am being.
I did the day 3 arms video today. The last couple minutes are stretching so I restarted it after the push ups and did the stretching when I was done repeating the exercises for the third time. I couldn't do all the push ups but most of it was good even at my very low fitness level.
I found a seated core video that I'm planning on doing tomorrow. We'll see how that goes. I think some of the bootcamp videos from other bootcamp teams are a little newer. I'll let you know which ones I like. Let me know which ones are working for you too. We've got this :)
I'm glad you're giving it a shot tonight too. If we can do 10 minutes a day and nothing more we will have stuck to a goal and we'll feel AWESOME! :)
