Started The 17 Day Diet today January 9 2012 - Day 1. I followed the book to the T. I feel good.
Breakfast - Greek Yogurt and Apples
Lunch Tuna lettuce greens and tomatoes with balsamic vinigarette and Carrots),
Snack yogurt and fruit
Dinner - Grilled Chicken with mix vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots.
Drank the lemon water this morning, had 3 cups of green tea and 8 cups of water.

thank you for stopping and posting on my blog. what is the 17 day diet. I don't like diets that have you eating all this weird stuff that is expensive and hard to make.. it is hard sometimes to eat healthy on a budget
