Becoming a Better Me
It's time. I need to get healthy. There's no other way to go around it. I HAVE to lose weight. I need to be a better me - a better wife and a better mother. I want to live longer to see my kids live their lifetime. I shouldn't have to worry about how long I will live when I'm 25. I want to be the best version of me that I can be, and that version weighs 100 pounds less than the version I am now.

My Goals:
I need to lose 116 pounds.
I want to be fit, not just skinny.
I want to not only eat healthy, but I want my kids to be raised to do the same.
Some rewards for myself:
Lose 10 pounds - Get a new pair of shoes. DONE!
Lose 20 pounds - Get my hair done. DONE!
Lose 30 pounds - Get pedicure
Lose 40 pounds - Get to pull out box of new clothes that I got one size too small on purpose
Lose 50 pounds - GET TRIP TO KEY WEST WITH MY BEST FRIEND!!! (no hubby or kids allowed)
Lose 60 pounds - Get a gold and sapphire bracelet.
Lose 70 pounds - Get day at spa
Lose 80 pounds - Get a little black dress and shoes to wear at a romantic date night at the restaurant of my choice
Lose 90 pounds - Get a new wardrobe
Lose 100 pounds - GET TO TAKE A TRIP TO MEXICO WITH HUBBY!
