My Goals:
To be healthy and fit. To not let thoughts of food/dieting/weight loss consume me. To find the positive things in each day. To have self control and dedication to the goals I set. To be happy and love life.

My Program:
I recently joined dailyburn and have started the 45 days to a bikini body fitness regime. This workout involves 4 days a week doing various weight lifting workouts, two upper body days and two lower. I've also set a goal to walk/jog 100 miles each month (which is approx 3.5 miles per day). On the three days that I don't have weight lifting I do an hour of cardio plus a group class like yoga, pilates or muai thai boxing. I have found that on the days that I start out with a workout I am far less inclined to let slip into bad eating habits. I've been a spark member for a while now and have been on and off with my loggin in, food tracking, etc. but have found the spark forums and community to be super encouraging.

I am a mid-western girl, living in middle earth (New Zealand) with my kiwi hubby and French bulldog, Cash.

Thank you so much for your comment on my blog. I truly believe that I have one of the greatest men in the world as my husband... with his love I can do anything.
