Emancipation of Mrs Johnson

Emancipation of me, me. This is definitely what it is. Time to break out of this physical and mental cage. I don't want to be shadowed by my disorder anymore. I have often escaped to food way too much so that I am so fat now that it's terribly messing with my self esteem, I feel so down and uninterested in many things, and this shouldn't be. I am determined to do this. My husband in his good grace pinpointed that I have a disorder and would I like to see a dietician? That did it, it's time to ...

Loose 70 pounds by my next birthday in 2008 by following the SP calorie recommendations and burning about 500 calories everyday

My Program:
I will walk for 140 minutes at least 5 days a week and do some strength training

Thanks! I'm actually trying to run a 5K. My goal is 2 months. I actually like to play softball and basketball, but that's kind of hard to get in everyday. How far/long do you walk to burn 500 cals a day?
