It's MY time!

Hi! I am a elementary school teacher. I was very active in high school and college--cheer leading, flag line, track, etc. In high school I weighed only 135 pounds. I have come to realize I wasn't exactly healthy, but I would like to loose some of the 100 pounds I have gained since then. I think I look okay anytime I am under 200 pounds, but my goal is 175.

I joined Sparkpeople a while ago and lost 60 pounds! Then, without changing much, I began gaining weight and I've gained most of it (50 lbs) back. I have been struggling to find a doctor that would listen to me but I finally have! Working together with her, we are going to try to figure out what is physically wrong with me so I can begin my journey again.

So, I am beginning my weigh-in and tracker all over again. I am hoping to lose about 2 pounds a week, so a year from now, I should be at my goal and maintaing. I can't wait to figure out what is *really* wrong with me so I feel more successful again!

My Program:
I will:

Pack my lunch at school so I am not tempted to eat out.

Drink at least 2 Camelback waterbottles (32 oz.) each day. One by lunch and the next by dinner--if I do this, I will "reward" myself with one 20 oz. bottle of the Kellogs flavored protein water.

Eat breakfast each day

Do at least 30 minutes of fitness on the wii, through fitness classes, or by walking outside with my dog, Jake

Personal Information:
I am a teacher in Cheyenne, Wyoming and am determined to meet my goals.

I love music (specifically country) and spending time with my friends. I also am a reality TV junkie! Some day, I will be confident enough to apply again for CBS's "Big Brother" and not worry about the dreaded "added 10 pounds" on TV (:

Other Information:
Work as if you don't need the money; dance as if nobody is watching; love as if you have never been hurt...
