Life is Great

Hi- I am Susan and I am married to a wonderful and supportive man. I joined Spark People to help me keep weight that I had previously lost off and to lose at least 19 pounds. My husband and I garden extensively and grow lots of food that we can or freeze for the winter. We do not eat out regularly (maybe 2 times per month) and we never eat fast food. I do work full time and travel a fare amount for work. When I travel I am faced with eating out at nice restaurants, entertaining customers ...
Hi- I am Susan and I am married to a wonderful and supportive man. I joined Spark People to help me keep weight that I had previously lost off and to lose at least 19 pounds. My husband and I garden extensively and grow lots of food that we can or freeze for the winter. We do not eat out regularly (maybe 2 times per month) and we never eat fast food. I do work full time and travel a fare amount for work. When I travel I am faced with eating out at nice restaurants, entertaining customers and alcohol. I have always had a hard time in social situations controling my food intake and the same is true when I travel for work. I do not exercise regularly and that is one of my goals with Spark People- to get moving!

I would like to make it to 155 - that would be the lowest I have ever been in my life. I'd love to see 155 on the scale.

Our starting weights and goals and (judging by your pictures) our downfalls (bread, wine) are very similar, so maybe we can motivate each other. I'm adding you as a friend.
