To buy a bathing suit in June that I feel good in- DONE! 7/2014 Feel great in my high waisted two piece!

Nutrition:

I am back to eating low carb and high protein. It really has been the best eating life style for my PCOS and insulin resistance.

Exercise:

I love anything strength training.. so I have a ton of YouTube videos and weights at home to use. I am also run training and I hike on the weekends.
