My Goals:
To get healthy, so that i can run a 5k in June. To be able to hike the Grand Canyon in July with my Husband and daughters and to hike the Narrows in Utah. Also do the diva dash in Sept. with friends.

My Program:
To increase my weight training, and be able to swim a faster mile. also to be able to run a 5k, by increasing my incline on the treadmill and increase the speed and in a few months start street training for the 5k.

Thank you I did a 5K on St. Patrick's Day, ( walked 99% of it) and came in dead last. So I have made a point of signing up for 2 5k in April, ( that I can walk/jog) 1 5k in may, 2 in June 1 in July 2 in Sept. I am hopeful I can jog/run may and June and by July really be able to run. of course I am currently 285lbs so might not be as fast as others. But since I have paid to do these 5K it will help to keep me motivated. Currently I am doing the c25k at the gym on a treadmill, when weather is better I will move outside to train. emoticon
