Detox - Maximized Living 222 Today is a Detox of juicing only for me.... and will do this until 1/1/2013. As of 1/1/2013, I will go 100% no sugar with juicing and eating. I made it 30 days, and then had some sugar...but continued on with no sugar, and struggled and Thanksgiving hit, and wow, bad bad effects...My body rejected. (48 days) HEART ATTACK WARNING SIGNS!!!! Some heart attacks are sudden and intense — the "movie heart attack," where no one doubts what's happening. But most heart attacks start slowly, with mild pain or discomfort. Often people affected aren't sure what's wrong and wait too long before getting help. Here are signs that can mean a heart attack is happening: Chest discomfort. Most heart attacks involve discomfort in the center of the chest that lasts more than a few minutes, or that goes away and comes back. It can feel like uncomfortable pressure, squeezing, fullness or pain. Discomfort in other areas of the upper body. Symptoms can include pain or discomfort in one or both arms, the back, neck, jaw or stomach. Shortness of breath with or without chest discomfort. Other signs may include breaking out in a cold sweat, nausea or lightheadedness. DEEPS = Drink, Eat, Exercise, Positivity, Sleep! Five (5) ingredients to losing weight and getting healthy. Fresh Start - This is where I am as of November 16, 2011. Today is the 17th. I am day 2 of Fresh Start. I've been through so much that I decided I need to start completely over. A complete FRESH START. I am alive, with a very weak heart, and am now disabled. I would have never thought of myself this way nor thought that my heart would disable me. Broken heart from someone or many...Can you have a broken heart? YES AND IT IS VERY REAL. I was put on new med along with my statin and it may even aid in weight LOSS, wow, now wouldn't this be a great bonus with my disease. I have a little renewed hope. With that said, and never giving up, and full of struggles and sure there may be many more, but I am doing a Fresh Start. Each day that I complete a fresh start successfully, I am giving myself a gold star. I am doing this through winter challenge. I want to see how many gold stars I achieve.
