I am a 30-something WAHM hoping to lose a minimum of 100 pounds. I want to be a strong and healthy wife and mom!

I am seeking to relearn the ways of God in this area and set a good example of healthy living, balanced eating, and a desire for physical activity with my husband and three children.

I desire to become the best I can be - and regain the health, strength, and vitailty I need to live and enjoy my life for God's glory!
