My Journey to a New Me!!
Hello Everyone! I am new to this site and I could use all the help and support that I can get. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. During elementary school I can remember always being the second to last biggest person in my class. Hello Everyone! I am new to this site and I could use all the help and support that I can get. I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. During elementary school I can remember always being the second to last biggest person in my class. I guess I never developed healthy eating habits when I was younger, hence why I have struggled with my weight for most of my life. In Oct of 2007 I began WW's and I lost 50lbs in 6 months. During this time I was in college and being that I ate dining hall food it was much easier to make healthier choices. After graduating from college in May 2008, I lost my PT job I held throughout college, I couldn't find a new job and I became severely stressed and depressed. During this time period I began gaining back the weight I had worked so hard to lose. Enough of that...Now it's two years later and I am engaged to the love of my life. We are getting married September 18th, 2010. I currently have a full time job, and I am also back in school getting my Masters in Human Services. I am so ready to take control of my life by decreasing my weight and becoming a healthier person. God has blessed me to be able to be the size that I am without having serious health problems and I thank him for that. Now it is time for me to make sure I don't develop and issues and take control. I would like to lose weight so that I can feel more comfortable and be able to be the best person all around that I can be!!

My Program:
I have began drinking water constantly throughout my day. I have given up sweet drinks and juices. I have switched to skim milk only. I have decreased my portion sizes.
