This site is such and awesome and inspiring way to have a healthier lifestyle. I am reading The Spark and LOVE it. I work out almost everyday for about an hour, track my nutrition and exercise using the awesome tools I love Jesus, more than anyone or anything on this human world. He is my savior, he is my life, he has given me this awesome body to be his hands and feet. I told my husband the other day, my real goal is to get my temple healthy, I cant do HIS work if I am too fat to get there! I love sparkpeople.com, it has been such a huge support during the lap-band and dieting process. I can't wait to be the person on the outside that I know is lurking on the inside. Originally from MooTown Wisconsin. Moved to Lexington by way of Phoenix. Have settled into life in the bluegrass and plan on staying here.
