Hi! My name is Karrame. I'm 24 years old, and have been happily married for 5 years, and together my hubby and I have a beautiful 5 year old daughter. I'm a full time mommy and a full time college student at my local tech school; I plan to transfer to Clemson University to receive my Bachelor's in Science in Industrial Engineering. Hi! My name is Karrame. I'm 24 years old, and have been happily married for 5 years, and together my hubby and I have a beautiful 5 year old daughter. I'm a full time mommy and a full time college student at my local tech school; I plan to transfer to Clemson University to receive my Bachelor's in Science in Industrial Engineering. I have battled with my weight for awhile. I lost about 100 lbs in high school, but unfortunately gained it all back, plus some, before/during/after my daughter was born. I'm ready to get back to that skinny girl mindset. My goal overall goal is to, of course, to fit into those old jeans I simply can't let go of because "One day I may fit in them again", but mostly to enjoy moving, to have energy again, to feel like I'm 24 instead of 104, and to look good!

My Program:
Follow a strict low cal diet.

Exercise 7 days a week, if nothing more than 10 minutes.

Mix up exercises, try something new everyday!

Thanks for the friend add! :-) Good luck to your journey! I lost 100 lbs after high school... then gained it all back plus another 100... kept that 200 on for over 20 yrs... I'm glad you are jumping on losing it WAY before me! Good luck to you! I'm excited for you!
