HERE I GO AGAIN.....

My name is Robyn I am 24. Married in '05 to my awesome husband, Tim. Work as a traveling sleep technician. We are currently stationed in Des Moines, IA. Originally from Baltimore, but I spent my first 20 years in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I (like many) have been fighting the up and down my whole life. I lost 120lbs four years ago doing the starvation diet. I am finally in a position where I am happy with my life, and looking to make REAL healthy lifestyle changes. I have Lupus and an underactive Thyroid ...

I have Lupus and an underactive Thyroid so this makes it extremely important to stay on top of things.

My Goals:
* Loose 100lbs and maintain it

* Feel healthy

* Run a race

* Fit into "that" dress

* Be more confident

* Surprise my husband

* Eat smarter

My Program:
*Drinking one gallon of water daily.

*Taking my lunch to work

*Cooking healthier dinners

*Excercise 3-5 times weekly

* 1200-1500 calories per day

* Because I am not big on breakfast ( I go to work early in the morning and having breakfast would mean waking up earlier lol) I have decided to supplement a premade protein shake until I get into the swings of things. This will make it fast and covenient so there is no excuse for skipping breakfast.

Personal Information:
We are not sure if we want children, but if we do it will be in the next 2-3 years, so being in good shape is a must!
