Let's try this again!

I am ready to STOP being frustrated and I want to stop feeling like I am mentally incapable of staying focused and motivated. I want to listen to myself when I say "go to the gym" or "don't eat that"! So, here I go again let my good side kick my bad sides ass!

My Goals:
1. To eat healthy and within my calorie range.

2. To drink 8 bottles of water a day.

3. To exercise at least 5x a week.

4. To make the right decision when faced with temptation.

5. To listen to myself and STOP when I say STOP...or GO when I say GO!

My Program:
NUTRITION:
Counting calories (1200-1550 calories a day) and watching sodium levels.

EXERCISE:
YMCA -
- Elliptical 35-45 minutes 3x a week
- 1 mile walk/run 3x a week
- Weight circuit 2x a week

Ass-kicking by Maria 1x a week on Saturday Morning

Yoga 2x a week in the Morning before work.

Kettlebell workout - 1x a week in the morning before work or on Sundays.

Example Schedule:
Monday - Yoga
Tuesday - YMCA
Wednesday - YMCA
Thrusday - YMCA
Friday - Yoga
Saturday - Maria
Sunday - Kettlebell
