Making a Change

I'm a brand new first time mom and for my baby, my husband, and myself, I've decided to make some changes. My height makes it easy for me to gain weight and hide it effectively, but I'm an absolute sugar and fatty food fiend and although I'm not extremely overweight, I'm extremely unhealthy. I'm a brand new first time mom and for my baby, my husband, and myself, I've decided to make some changes. My height makes it easy for me to gain weight and hide it effectively, but I'm an absolute sugar and fatty food fiend and although I'm not extremely overweight, I'm extremely unhealthy. My healthiest point in my life was during my pregnancy - I had extremely strong cravings for fruit, cottage cheese, and avacado, CONSTANTLY. I gained a big pregnant belly, but I actually lost a lot of weight in problem areas ie. my lovehandles, thighs and face. Now that my little girl has been born I've fallen back into bad habits and having tasted the healthy lifestyle of not constantly being drowsy and achey, it's time for me to get back on the horse. So, here I am!
