Are you doing the Advocare 24 day cleanse? Or is there other versions? And how is that working for you? I have never heard of that before, so I am very curious.
I do love cleanses, but I try to stick to food ones, so no added or purchased products. I did ' the plan' last year, and it is basically vegetables for the first 3 days, then you reintroduce foods. I derived a lot of benefits from it.
