Round Two.

So here's the scoop:

I took a hiatus from Spark sometime in mid 2011. Then in August 2011, I joined Weight Watchers (which happens to meet at the courthouse where I work). I was doing pretty well on Weight Watchers and was feeling pretty good about myself when life threw me a curve ball... PREGNANCY. On August 21st, I gave birth to my a perfect little girl. I was doing pretty well on Weight Watchers and was feeling pretty good about myself when life threw me a curve ball... PREGNANCY. On August 21st, I gave birth to my a perfect little girl. I am now back on Spark (and in particular the Spark app), tracking my food and exercise. My goal is, simply, to be the healthiest and happiest I can be.

Good advice on the Beef Jerkey -- I definitely have a protein deficiency -- I would have never realized it if I had not started tracking here! I may start drinking a special K or protein shake for breakfast to help balance things out! I can't imagine eating the same thing for dinner every day ! Lauren and I started running yesterday to train for the Reagan!

Keep up the good work --I see you lost 2 more pounds!! emoticon

You are doing great!! I definitely have to work on mine-- I run out of calories way before I get the amount of protein needed :(
