My Goals:
To lose weight, get more fit and get healthy. I need to TONE up what I have so my clothes fit better.

My Program:
Exercise almost daily and stick to my calorie intake for the day!

Personal Information:
I am 42 and from the Jersey Shore. I am married almost 16 years to Mark and I have 3 great kids. Mark can blink and lose weight, dont you just hate when men can do that?

Other Information:
I have a terrible habit of not sticking to my diet and snacking here and there, how on earth do you just stop that????

thanks for your comments..... unfortunately I did over do it and gained my first significant gain on this diet ! That was a wake up call and I've started back today with a morning walk and drinking my water. Hope you have a great day and week !

Thanks for the much needed pep talk! I wouldn't mind the walking restriction but with my herniated disks ...walking has to be slow, so, it just doesn't feel like it's cutting it with me but I know it's better than nothing! And all the sweet uplifting comments kept me from turning to food (that's what I would have done BEFORE spark) I will focus on good nutrition and follow the doctor orders and I know I have gotten through much worse this past year and will get through this too!

Thanks for the goodie! and yes...i HAVE to postone the personal training and most all exercise for awhile :( I don't know how I did it ...but it even hurts to walk. I'm trying to keep it a little loose by walking so it's a slow slow walk and hope it feels better soon! Thanks for you care and concern :)
