Hello!

Hi there! My name is Amy, I am married to a wonderful man and have three daughters, 12, 14, and 19. I live with Hashimoto's hypothyroidism, and a desk job, both of which are working against my fitness goals. I find that as long as I consistently work out and eat right I can keep from feeling too exhausted, but when I slip up I can really feel it and it is very hard to get back on track. My goal is to stop quitting so I can stop starting over!

Thank you so much for your support on my blog. And for sharing a part of yourself too. I love writing but that one wasn't an easy one for me to post. It really helps to know that others "get" where I'm coming from. And I'm really glad you're okay now... Just added you as a SparkFriend!

Thanks, I try to keep a lot of fruit and veggies for snacking in the house and save sweets for special occasions. I hate to buy bottled water but sometimes it's the only way to get my 16 year old to drink water so I do it anyway, as long as she promises to recycle the bottles.
