My name is Lindsey, I'm 27 years old & live near Fort Worth, TX. Soon to be moving BACK HOME (YAAAAAY) to Beaumont, TX. I have a husband who is completely fantastic. We challenge each other every day, but love each so much. He is one of my main reasons for doing this. Another huge huge reason for needing to lose weight is that I want to have a baby. I had a very emotionally draining miscarriage recently, and cannot go through that again. I'm putting off trying to get pregnant for AT LEAST one year. I give all of this to my Lord, Jesus Christ, who I know will help me along the way. I know he wants me to be healthy and to appreciate the body he gave me. I have goals that I want to meet in my walk with him, that can't happen unless I lose weight. All prayers are appreciated. If anyone has any prayer needs, please mail me & let me know!

My Goals:
Small goal for the moment: To lose 20lbs, or 1 dress/pant/shirt size by Halloween. Long Term: 230lbs total needs to be GONE. :( Yuck!
My Program:
Cardio 5hours a week Strength as much as i can Fruit/Grain/Dairy - Breakfast Veggie/Protein/Grain - Lunch Whatever I want in moderate portions for dinner!
