Doing me...for me 21 Days at a time!

I have used sparkpeople off and on since Dec 07. I started out at 224, lost down to 201 and now I'm back at 222.lbs. Thanksgiving and Christmas are over and the new year is around the corner. I want to get back in the habit of being accountable for what I eat. I need to get back in the habit of drinking my water. Wish me well!

I'm not trying to loose excessive amounts of weight per week just enough to keep me motivated, and I can't lose anything if I don't get off my butt and ...

4. 13 8oz. glasses of water daily.

5. 5 servings of fruits and veggies daily.
