30 something mommy ready to be fit!
Well - I suppose I could call this round 2. Gained a few pounds back over the summer. I am determined to get back to where I was last spring then do more from there again. OUI! It's so easy to lose track - time to catch back up. No excuses.

My Program:
Eating smart and healthy- limiting carbs and pushing proteins and lean fats. A mixture of walking and running, strength training and core videos at home.
Personal Information:
I live in Colorado - a small mountain/resort town. I have kids ages 9, 6 and 5 so I am always busy. Almost everyone in Colorado is thin, it is so annoying!
