Saw you needed some support on the Huddle Wall. Just thought I'd drop in with a few encouraging words. You've obviously taken the first step by setting a goal. Now stay focused on the reasons you set it in the first place. One step at a time, get back on track if you've had a setback. By reaching out you can add the strength of others if you feel weak right now. I know this is pretty generic stuff but it seems to work for me and I hope it will for you too!
hi , this time of year we reflect on what we want to accomplish by the time summer gets here so we often push ourselves into unrealistic situations to accomplish or time limits to get it done. I hope instead of driving a block between you and your goals that you take time to set a sensible pattern that works for you. maybe by throwing out some junk food, walking on tread mill while watching the telly, vowing to take note of every little bite , taste you consume, or what I consider to be one of the most important things anyone can do is to get in your exercise by setting to get it in when you know you are most likely to actually do it, morning , after work etc. you know YOU are worth every effort you make to becoming the you that you want to be. DONT let anyone distract you from your goals and that includes you 2615 days ago
