Getting Healthy and Getting Fit!

I am a 27 year old lady who has been married to the most amazing man for the past 5 years and a momma to a beautiful old lady dog. My Goals:
- Overall weight loss of 155lbs.

- Eliminate soda and other added sugars from my diet.

- Have fitness become a part of my everyday life.

My Program:
- Clean Eating - Reduce the amount of starches from my diet, particularly grains. Ensure a calorie deficit after physical activity. Load up on veggies and include both vegetable and meat proteins, as well as eating healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, avocado, and olive oil.

- Workouts- Add a lot cardio intervals and continue with strength training


Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in Connecticut and live with my husband, mother, sister and my lovely dog. I keep busy with working my 3 jobs, as well as some side consulting, cooking, working out, applying for internships and having fun!

Other Information:
A Goal Without a Plan is Just a Wish.

If you eat what you've always eaten, you will weigh what you've always weighed.

I may not be the strongest, and I may not be the fastest, but I'll be damned if I'm not trying my hardest.
