Oh gosh, your weight loss goals look much more attainable than mine! lol!! Hurray for December birthdays ;) I just recently got a recumbent stationary bike, a stair stepper, and a ski machine....hoping it will make it harder to avoid exercise if everywhere I look there's another machine! Already have a treadmill, and occasionally I take walks outside when the weather is nice (like now....I need to get out there). As for food intake, I have been counting calories off and on for the past 6 years and now I can actually do it in my head lol...so I add it up roughly in my head and shoot for somewhere around 1000 - 1200 calories (I'm only 5'1"). Do you have a facebook account or can you think of an easier way for us to keep in touch?
