Hi everyone,

I have always been a thin person all my life except for when I went to college the weight started coming on. I really didn't do anything about it until I graduated college and was going to take part in my brother's wedding. My weight going into college was 120 and I wore a size 4. By graduation I packed on alot of weight and ending up at 168lbs. I started eating healthy and working out hardcore. 6 days a week. I lost 31 pounds in three months and felt so good about myself. I kept that weight off for 2 years then I got pregnant and pack on 63lbs during my pregnancy and after giving birth lost 20 immediately leaving me at 183lbs. I was so depressed but at the same time too tired to care. I got engaged that Christmas and I said there is no way I am going to get married looking the way I did. I set the date to Oct. following year (09) and as it got closer I got nervous because I was still at the same weight and no dress. I remember going into David's Bridal and the consultant asked me to pic styles in the book that I loved and I did and her response was "You are too big for that dress" My baby wa 5 months and was in in stroller. I cried so much that day. It was the worst feeling in the world. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. I ended up changing my date and to summer 2010 and that was when I really got down to business. I lost a total of 35 in 4 months and leaving me at 153. I bought a smaller dress in January 2010 when I started my weight loss and by March I didn't like what that dress looked like when it actually fit my body. I felt it did nothing for my new shape so my reward to myself was a new dress that was flattered my figure. I had to get that dress taken in a bit bcause the weight loss continued but the day of I felt like a million dollars and people were amazed at how fabulous I looked. So I got all comfortable being married and its not even a year yet and also started birth control for the first time in my life and lets just say well I have now gained a significant amout of the weight back. I am deteremined to lose this time and stick to it. It helps alot that my husband is also trying to lose. We both lost a significant amount of weight for our wedding.

March 30- lose 10lbs (163)

April 30- lose 10lbs (153)

May 30- lose 10 lbs (153)

June 30- lose 10lbs (143)

July 30- lose 10 lbs (133)

If I accomplished my goal in July then I will try and make it to 123 in August and after that its maintain it


My Program:
eat 6 times a day (small portions)
work out ( cardio and strength training)
