I'm fairly good about getting to the gym at least 4 days a week, but to start eating better. It always helps to have motivation!

If you want a great motivating site, The June Birthday Challenge has lots of great people on it! And you do not need a June Birthday, just a June goal! I am a Feb Birthday but Barbara the leader asked me to join and I did and then she asked me to co-lead-and I said yes to that too! Gotta watch that Barbara! I haven't said no to her yet!! hehe! We have a lot of fun and motivation there! Anyway, blessings to you and you and hub are very beautiful! Love your pics!

hi there! i hope you are sticking with that goal. i've been here almost 5 months and i'm halfway there. your starting weight is about what i am at now and i'm aiming for a goal close to yours. hope we can get there, actually i know we can!
