Mama Spud is strapping on her running shoes again!
After loosing 90 lbs with the help of SparkPeople, my husband and I found out we were expecting after being told it wasn't possible. I gained nearly all of the weight back throughout the pregnancy so now I'm on the road to get back to where I was. I'm not so concerned with weight or body image really, but really would like to get back into the healthy eating and exercise that I was practicing when I lost weight before.

My Goals:
Get back to exercising 30 minutes a day and eating healthy.
My Program:
Month 1: Exercise 10 minutes each day for 30 days. Eat a healthy breakfast each morning. Month 2: Exercise 15 minutes each day for 30 days. Eat a healthy lunch each day. Month 3: Exercise 20 minutes each day for 30 days.
