Hi. Thank you for stopping by and commenting on my blog. I know what ya mean with the gaining of wt back. Last yr I had lost 50 pounds, then gained at least half of that back this yr. Glad to hear that you have the exercise part down. I thought I had it down but then they closed our pool and even though it is opened back up i can't seem to get back to the water aerobics class.

Sorry that you are runnin' with high stress these days. Hopefully it's temporary and things calm down soon. I'd love to keep in touch! BTW-your new (old) profile pic is much more optimistic! Personally I'm encouraged more by positive imagry than negative, so I'm glad you decided to switch back!

Sorry this reply is so long in coming...I am new to the site and still learning! Thank you for commenting on my page and for the words of encouragement. I am running between 2.5 and 3.0 miles 3x/week so I am getting closer to my goal all the time.
