Its a new year! I like how I look sometimes..but just want to look better.it's not all about looks tho it's about feeling. I must surround myself with positive people and activities and that makes me feel good.exercise daily helps me feel great!fruit is good veggies are better.clean mind is a clean my new exercise of choice is the stationery bike
Monday I will call the ortho doc and reschedule

UPDATE 01/13/09..Ok I Finally got into my ortho doc and its not my knee! I probably did NOT re-injure it!yay! He says it is probably anterior compartment syndrome.That means the sheath around my muscle is being expanded too much and thus causes swelling. I am going to see the new recommended PT for that today and see what he has to say!


I did sign up for the 5K but not quite ready for it!
Im Not giving up..Just taking a little longer than I thought.I have been walking a mile at a time 3 days a week and will run when im ready:)

My Goals:
to get below 200 Pounds again..and slowly but surely get to my goal of 173. Twice before i have gotten within 7 pounds of goal and something inside me was resisting. I have to learn to continue to build muscle and eventually all the fat will come off

Just keep On trying every day.
UPDATE!!!!
I have been released from knee PT and I have been released from back/neck PT.Im just going to have to live with those injuries.So as long as I listen to my body I WILL GET STRONGER EVERY DAY!


Even tho I am limited because Of my Injuries from accident and the arthritis/torn miniscus etc problems in my knee; I am going to push myself and quit if it doesnt feel right

    Hi. Thank you for stopping by and commenting on my blog.
    I know what ya mean with the gaining of wt back. Last yr I had lost 50 pounds, then gained at least half of that back this yr.
    Glad to hear that you have the exercise part down. I thought I had it down but then they closed our pool and even though it is opened back up i can't seem to get back to the water aerobics class.
