Keep on Keepin on!

I've been working at this since Dec 2012. I lost quite a bit, plateaued, found advocare and busted through that and lost more, gained over the holidays last month (2013) a little bit, and now I'm back on track.

I'm back doing 30 day shred (modified per chiropracter) and zumba, eating right, drinking spark etc and I've lost almost 11 pounds this month! Hoping to get back to what I was in Oct. 245. before our trip next month but we'll see!

My Goals:
320 starting weight Dec 2012 26/28 in clothes, , tight fitting clothes nothing to wear that fits

285 (mini shopping spree) MET: 2/7/13 2 new shirts and new pair of jeans to work towards-they are still snug!

280-new bra shopping and panties ( I dropped a size!) Met 2/16/2013,

My Program:
I am following SP's guidelines for food calories/fat/etc.

I am exercising 5-6 times a week. I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred and I cut the grass 1x per week for about an hour.


I've lost 65 pounds so far, need to lose about 55 more.

As of July 15th, I am still stuck at 255 and haven't lost anything else, so I am trying to cut out even more processed foods and only eat limited dairy. I am also starting the 24 day challenge with advocare.

I read your blog today and it sounds like you have alot going on like most of us, but all that cleaning had to count for something right. I love your mind set that if you work out you dont wanna eat the junk because it just messed up all that hard work. I feel exactly the same. Great mind set! Keep that and you will go far....Good luck, you can do it!
