My Goals:
to try and get into the habit of drinking water daily. exersise three times per week with weights and yoga. to find a healthy way of loosing weight i need to find: determination dedication motivation and focus
My Program:
my spark goals are: cardio three times per week, and strenth three times per week. 8 glasses of water a day with a food range of 1400 -1600 calories per day.
