Feeling pretty with my body.

Since I have decided to challenge my self to lose the weight, I have noticed that I am not as pretty as I once was. My husband says that I am still pretty as the day he met me. He motivates me to be a better person as well as my kids. I know that they will love me either way.

My Goals:
I want to lose 10 lbs in the first 2 months. Then lose another 10 to 15 lbs by 6 month mark and hopefully by my husbands high school reunion lose a total of 45 lbs.

My Program:
I have cut back on the fast food intake and started shopping at whole foods or sprouts.

Personal Information:
I am 32 years and a mother of 4 rowdy girls. the oldest is 16, I have two 12 yr olds and a 10 yr old along with 3 weird dogs and a husband.

Hi Melissa - dropping by to say 'hello" and say how pleased I am to be with you on the Autumn Oaks team. I noticed that your hubby and mine are similar in that they support and love us as we are. That is a great blessing and as we begin our BTS2 with its challenges, along with the support from home, we have team mates who will be there for us as well. I will be rooting for you.

Thank you everyone for all the comments. I am trying to navigate on this website and when I think I have it down I scroll to the bottom and there is more. I never saw these comments before until now. I apologize for not responding. This qtr was a challenge for me to see if I can do it. I lost weight then I gained more back then I got with a person at work and everything started to click. So in the second qtr I am deteremined more than ever to lose more than a few lbs, I want to lose at least 20 in 2 months.
Lent is here so I made a promise to no longer drink pop or root beer. so far so good. Cant kick the coffee habit but one at a time and I will be all good.
My super sweet boss (Who is also on this journey with me) and my sis/BFF had health issues recently and they are amazing women but, they made me think about me and my health and the fact that I did not grow up over weight I was rather under weight but physically fit. Not that I am over weight my health is a concern and I dont like to be sick or go to the doctor or take medicine. So I am dedicating this QTR Challenge to them. I love you guys and I promise to make a smart choice for y'all. emoticon emoticon
