Hello fellow Spark People! I'm Monica, I am a 25 year old Army Wife and Mommy to two beautiful angels. My daughter Laylah (Bean) is 4 and my son Elston (Buddy) is a year old! My husband will return from deployment in a few days, and my original goal was to lose 50 lbs and suprise him, but I gave up due to mental health issues, and just plain laziness! I am still much happier with myself than I was at 272 lbs! We will be moving to El Paso TX in July, and I plan to be at nearly 230 lbs by ...

My husband will return from deployment in a few days, and my original goal was to lose 50 lbs and suprise him, but I gave up due to mental health issues, and just plain laziness! I am still much happier with myself than I was at 272 lbs! We will be moving to El Paso TX in July, and I plan to be at nearly 230 lbs by then! I am going to start the couch to 5k program when he returns and is home with the kids! At the moment I am focusing on my fitness, but not on my eating, one thing at a time works for me!

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day Cardio 5 times a week for 10 minutes each Pilates 3 times a wekk, 10 minutes Learn new recipes Don't deprive myself treats Use portion control Try new exercises to keep my body mixed up
